Solid Brickell stay!
convenient location helpful staff early check-in buffet breakfast
Location rocks! I walked to restaurants plus shops. The free Metromover is close, too. Staff was helpful with luggage, and they called when my room was ready early. Breakfast includes buffet items every morning. I really liked it and felt comfortable, plus, it made my traveling easy.
Elevator wait times got long once. Just a minor thing during busy times.

Breakfast includes a good variety. I saw eggs, bacon. waffles. The coffee tasted good, and kitchen staff are friendly. This service made every morning easier.

Staff stored luggage before check-in. I also got a call when my room was ready. Receptionists are polite and try hard to help. They seem genuinely happy to be there.

My room was clean plus spacious. I found the bed really comfortable. Air conditioning worked well, too. Overall a clean, cool and confortable space for me.

dirty machine cheap wine
i am so frustrated. the coffee machine in my room was not clean. it needed rinsing, and there was gunk inside. wet bar was there, but i found no crockery. also, the complimentary drink was cheap wine. ugh, i expected so much more.
