helpful staff friendly bartender unfriendly cafe inconvenient policy
The front desk staff was very helpful. Mariana and William answered all our questions with knowledge and friendliness. The bar was cute and chic. Our bartender was friendly and the drinks were good.
The cafe seemed unfriendly. They wanted me to buy breakfast to get complimentary coffee, but I forgot my wallet. I wanted to charge the coffee to my room, but they gave me a hard time. I could not buy coffee and take it to my room.

soundproof room late restaurant
the room was not soundproof i could hear everything happening outside the restaurant beneath stayed open until late the power went out for a while and i received no compensation i found this lack of consideration disappointing after expecting a restful stay.

israel from the front desk was super helpful with luggage. he left the front desk just to help us. he also recommended some good places to visit. it was service that were really good.
the room was small. the power shut off for about an hour. the hotel needs remodeling.

the hotel is on ocean drive, near the beach. its also in the heart of the art deco district. beach towels were available to use at the beach.

Free coffee was available with breakfast. montanas restaurant downstairs gave hotel guests twenty percent off lunch and dinner. i had a good burger. The meat was cooked perfectly and fries came with it.

Mariana provided top class service. her recommendations. she was very hospitable and kind. A gem for the hotel.

friendly celine oceanfront view taxi arrangement perfect cleanliness
Celine. Her warmth was like sunshine. mariana ensured a taxi awaited us and she remembered our names each time we returned. the oceanfront view was amazing. I reminded me of i could reach out and touch the waves. the absence of sand was a good surprise. Cleanliness was perfect.
The lobby felt a bit small. Bar tables occupied much of the space, it got a little crowded at times.

The staff was attentive, especially celine and mariana. Their care and attention enhanced my stay. they assisted with taxi arrangements and provided helpful recommendations, ensuring every need was met with grace. their dedication was evident.

The hotel has a restaurant and a bar. It offered great convenience for meals and drinks. valet parking provided ease of access, though it can be crowded. there is free luggage storage. This proved helpful before check-in and after checkout.

The hotel sits right across from the beach. I had quick access to the ocean. it is close to shops and restaurants. This made exploring so simple! the surrounding area is vibrant, the location was perfect!

The hotel's location was excellent! it offered easy access to numerous restaurants and shops. the room was clean and spacious. the staff at the front desk proved very helpful and accommodating. They promptly addressed any questions i had. the convenience of nearby attractions really enhanced the experience.
i noticed that some areas showed minor signs of wear, which could benefit from some attention.

The hotel is located directly opposite the beach. As a guest I received discounted prices for lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The food was delicious there.
