excellent hotel, great location
central locationexcellent shopsshort walk
the location is really good, right by many shops and restaurants. granary island is about a ten-minute walk from the hotel. the ferris wheel and boat cruise area are maybe fifteen minutes away on foot. the hotel had a back door leading straight onto piwna.
the bar shut down early, by 10pm. this wasn't ideal after a day exploring the markets when i wanted a nightcap.

the staff was very helpful and convenient. the staff answered all questions politely. the reception was effective and check-in was quick. the staff are amazing!!!

the breakfast offered a good variety of options. i especially liked the waffle maker (i made sure to use it every morning!).
the bar closed quite early at 10 pm. there was no room service available (something i didn't realize until i needed it).

Fantastic Location and Great Shower!

The location is amazing you will not be disappointed. The beds are comfortable and the entire room plus the toilets are modern. The shower has the best pressure and easy temperature adjustment. Breakfast offered a nice selection and the scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly! I noticed kids cutlery and plates something I rarely see.
I would have liked to have a mini fridge in the room. Windows you can open would be a plus too.

A Perfect City Escape

The location was wonderful. Everything felt close. The room I had was spacious and very clean, so I felt right at home. Breakfast featured a GREAT variety, including hot and cold options that EVERYONE liked.
The bar closed a bit early for my liking.
