fantastic stay in the heart of it all!

i found the front desk staff super helpful. the location couldn't be better! the food was lovely and the rooms were comfortable. i really enjoyed hearing the bells, a bonus of being in the heart of this beautiful city.
the room smelled awful when i arrived at midnight. the poor standard of cleaning was definitely noticeable. the shower kept blocking and the toilet didn't flush very well.

i really liked the location. it was very close to historical spots downtown. staff was super nice to let us check in early, i think it was 7:00 am.

Excellent Hotel in Heart of City

The location is excellent near the historic area. I easily walked to visit different places. Meeting tour guides was straightforward. I recommend this hotel for visitors. It is both affordable and comfortable.
The room lighting was a bit dark. I found it difficult for my personal taste.
