i appreciated the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction . devlet offered helpful explanations and provided great assistance with various inquiries. the breakfast on the rooftop included a diverse selection, and the view was nice. i also found the price reasonable for the quality of service received.
the stairs do not incorporate a soft-close mechanism, which can be a bit noisy when other guests leave early.

fabulous viewhelpful staff
The breakfast offered a fabulous view over the bay. I found the hotel itself a convenient ten-minute walk to the main street. This allowed me to comfortably walk to the Grand Bazaar and the Blue Mosque. The tram stop on the main street provided easy access to Galata Bridge and ferries. The staff were helpful. Devlet was good at explaining things. The price was great compared to other hotels.
Some travelers may not realize that others might be sleeping when they leave at 3 am for the airport.

The breakfast had very good value for money. it set me up for the day. complimentary water was in the fridge every day. This was a nice touch. i also received a gift on departure.
