i had booked a room well in advance. however, upon arrival, i found the room quite disappointing because of its location. it faced an internal courtyard which was not at all appealing. the bathroom lacked a window .

The location is spot on, right in the heart of the city. I found the room very quiet, as it is tucked away on a side street. The bed was super comfy. The staff was both friendly and helpful, which I valued highly.

The room lacked a small refrigerator, which I consider an essential item for a comfortable stay.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly. They helped me with directions. The hotel offered complimentary croissants and sweets. They also provided free water refills from a cold water fountain. The on-site bar had inventive fresh cocktails. The bartender was lovely. The hotel is very close to tram stops. This made getting around easy.

I would have appreciated a wider selection of teas in the room.
