The location is spot on, right in the heart of the city. I found the room very quiet, as it is tucked away on a side street. The bed was super comfy. The staff was both friendly and helpful, which I valued highly.
The room lacked a small refrigerator, which I consider an essential item for a comfortable stay.

the air conditioning unit was quite old. it looked rather grubby. the bathroom fan did not work. it was a problem as the bathroom had no window.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly. They helped me with directions. The hotel offered complimentary croissants and sweets. They also provided free water refills from a cold water fountain. The on-site bar had inventive fresh cocktails. The bartender was lovely. The hotel is very close to tram stops. This made getting around easy.
I would have appreciated a wider selection of teas in the room.
