I was impressed with the modern look. The room was clean. Breakfast included tasty options. The price was reasonable.
The window blinds did not fully block the sunlight. Curtains would improve sleep quality.

the room was clean. it was a standard double room. the staff was lovely, always helpful with directions. the bed was comfortable.
the breakfast was not great. i did not see any pork options. also, my blind did not block out much light. this made it hard to sleep well.

a mixed experience at this hotel
poor reception serviceloose blind
The reception service was not great. I was told the reception would be closed until 3pm. however, when i arrived around 8 or 9 pm, i found a note saying "back in 10 minutes. " i waited and called several times, but no one answered for a long time. also, there were no proper curtains, only a loose blind that barely blocked the light.

hotel split between three buildings, i find. parking was super easy. i park near the front door. the ground floor room was spacious. it had a large ensuite bathroom and was recently redone. i loved the full english, and my cheese omelette was also delicious.
i think the room could use a little more soundproofing. the window let in more noise then i liked. i notice this mostly in the morning.

the room was quite large, clean, and tidy! there was a nice tv in the room. the beds were comfy and in a quiet area.
i found the english breakfast quite basic with some frozen items, and i felt this made it expensive.
