i liked that the hotel was right near the main part of town, this made seeing things simple. plenty of shops and places to eat were very close. i felt secure, and the hotel was quite clean. the staff helped me a lot and were there when i needed them, at all hours.

i noticed a small problem with the tv not working properly when i first arrived, though it was fixed quickly.

The staff were very helpful and cute. They accommodated a late check-in because of public transport delays. The staff provided extra coffee when we ran out, a bonus.

The noise was REALLY intense. I could hear noise from outside. I also heard noise from the pub. The noise went on throughout the night, so it was hard to sleep.

the staff were really helpful and friendly. they even helped me with my luggage to my room, i appreciated that. the location was really handy for exploring, and i found everything i needed nearby!!!

the room was a bit noisy because of the bar next door. i also noticed that the towels weren't changed daily, a bit disappointing.

the location was convenient. i found a tv, an iron. tea making facilities in the room. fresh towels and several plug sockets were also provided.

the room i had was very small. a hard plastic chair was the only seating option. the air conditioning unit was right outside the window and it was very noisy.
