the staff was quite friendly and helpful . i arrived early and they stored my baggage until check-in time. the location was central to many main attractions and the tram system. the breakfast service was nice too.
the neighborhood was busy and noisy. i could easily hear the music from the celt bar on the second floor. the amplified busker across the street was off-key! it was hard to ignore that loud noise.

the hotel features two bars, the electric circus with trendy vibes and the celt bar that is a traditional irish pub. a tesco and lidl supermarket are conveniently located nearby on the same street. i noticed bus stops right outside.

The staff were cheerful. Sean and Anahai gave great advice about the city (I found it helpful!). They helped secure my bags after check-out. The location is very central, within walking distance of interesting places. I did not need a taxi.
I arrived just after midnight. The car park that they use closes early at 11pm. I was directed to another, it costs a lot.
