diana and andy were really lovely hosts. the room included a nice, clean bathroom with a good shower. there was also plenty of tea and coffee available in the room.
the car park has space for only a few cars.

helpful hostess ample breakfast
the hostess diana was very nice and helpful. i appreciated that parking was available onsite. diana made sure our room was super clean and that we had everything we needed. breakfast offered many options.
the stairs were narrow. i found there were too many of them in order to reach my room at the top.

The room was quite spacious. A very comfortable bed was a real highlight. Parking on site proved convenient. It is a real plus. The hostess was very nice, and she. Breakfast was ample and well-cooked. Many options were available.
I noticed some dust on the shelves in the room and on the towel rail. The TV wires also had some dust. It was a minor issue though. I hope they improve the cleanliness slightly!

The full English breakfast included multiple options, such as vegetarian alternatives, and it set me up perfectly for the day. The host also provided several juice options at breakfast. I appreciated the variety!

The room was well-designed, the bed was very large and comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep. There was everything you needed in the room. Nothing was missed. The hot shower was lovely!

The location is excellent. It is close to the town centre, pier, and beach. There is a bus stop opposite the guest house. You can easily use it. It was an easy walk into the heart of town!

great location. good breakfast
dietary preferences cooked breakfast chocolate bunny easy beach
diana checked our dietary preferences on arrival I think. breakfast included cereals, toast, and a cooked breakfast. my daughter received a chocolate bunny for easter, SHE liked that. i could walk out, cross the road, and get straight on the beach, so easy.
i felt bad when i said it because THEY were so nice, but the hotel needed tlc. we ended up leaving early and staying elsewhere instead.

The breakfast offered cereals, toast, and yogurts EACH morning. cooked options WERE available. i saw my daughter enjoy chocolate chip muffins at breakfast. A nice touch.
