central location eatery options comfortable space
this hotel provide great convenience with its central location. i found various eatery options were just around the union square, a huge plus. my room was clean, i enjoyed the comfortable space.

the building was modern. the air conditioning worked efficiently in the rooms. public transportation stops are very near, including buses and cable cars, so this made getting around simple.

charming stay!
helpful staff central location
the staff helped me with some unforeseen changes in my plans. i found the location central. it was a charmed stay at a great price.
I noticed thin walls. I could hear noise from other rooms. it made sleeping a bit difficult at night. I recommend earplugs.

this spot is near public transport. bus stops are close. the hotel is convenient for travelling to attractions. it is a three minute walk to both the metro station and street car stop

the room includes air conditioning. the bathrooms felt updated and clean. there were enough pillows and bath towels available. everything worked just fine including shower water pressure tv and internet

small room loud fridge
The room seemed quite dated. Only the lobby was updated. i found our "beautiful queen room bed" surprisingly small, with barely enough space. the fridge hummed loudly. A very loud noise, and street sounds were quite audible, even from several floors up. it certainly didn't quite meet expectations.

Underwhelming and Noisy Stay
loud ac dirty bathroom
The room felt kinda old and musty. The AC was loud, and the windows didn't open, so there was no fresh air. Street noise was a big problem. Garbage trucks kept me awake all night. I found some hairs on the bathroom floor when I checked in, it was gross.
