convenient laundry added security friendly staff helpful staff
The guest laundry was convenient. i regret i could not buy single-dose detergent on-site. I had to purchase a larger quantity at a local store. the hotel had individual codes for both the main door and rooms. I appreciate this added security. the staff was both friendly and quite helpful.
My only minor inconvenience was that i wished i could have bought a single dose of detergent onsite. I had to purchase a lot more than i needed at the local store.

the facilities include a washer and dryer, accompanied by a kitchen. complimentary tea and coffee are available . these amenities added convenience to my stay.

fair price convenient location small room missing refrigerator
the location was really convenient. it was near public transportation and good restaurants. i felt secure and safe. the amenities were wonderful and it was a fair price.
the room we had was so small. we could not all stand at the same time. the room did not have a refrigerator and it was definitely a tight squeeze.

helpful staff free coffee great location unsafe street drug use early leave
the staff was VERY helpful. i appreciated the free coffee machine in the kitchenette a lot. the location is the best aspect.
the streets felt unsafe, i seemed like i couldn't go out when the sun set. the on-street drug use is confrontING. i ended up leaving early because it was unsafe, so i couldn't relax.

the shared kitchen had a coffee maker! it also had a microwave!! the laundry room. free coffee and water were available, really nice.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some neighbor noise.

the room felt cramped, with barely enough space to maneuver. a MOST concerning issue was the malfunctioning air conditioning. i expect a MUCH higher standard of comfort and functionality.
