The room provided lacked basic amenities. There was no tea or coffee making facilities available. the air conditioning unit was not functional, which caused considerable discomfort . the decor looked quite dated, giving the room an uninviting feel, and this did not meet the expected standard.

The location was fantastic with easy access to various points of interest within walking distance. Staff members were friendly (always smiling!) and provided a place to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. I really appreciated that.
I noticed that the soundproofing could be improved. I could hear some noise from outside and other rooms (it was a bit annoying at times).

the front desk staff was amazing and very friendly. i found them helpful with any questions i had. the room came with all the necessary amenities. it even had a fridge and a hairdryer.
The air-conditioning felt pretty weak. It was also loud. this. i noticed a bad smell coming from the bathroom pipes. It needs attention. there was no cleaning service . That would have been appreciated.
