limited toiletries minimal support
The room i was in, a 'family room', was quite chilly. the heating seemed to operate on its own schedule. I couldn't adjust it. the bathroom had a distinct lack of toiletries. Just a small bar of soap was available, imagine that! oh, and the pillows offered minimal support! i guess i should have brought my own, next time.

Underwhelming Stay Due to Room Issues
dorm room lack of facilities
The location was acceptable, being within reasonable walking distance to the main attractions.
The room I was given was not the same one I reserved. It felt more like a dorm room than a room at a hotel. the absence of coffee or tea-making facilities in the room was disappointing.

quiet garden spacious room walk-in shower helpful staff
I found the location advantageous. It allowed easy access to many points of interest. The hotel features a garden, I appreciated its quiet environment. My room was spacious. The bathroom included a sizable walk-in shower and hairdryer. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.
My mattress felt hard and the pillows were lumpy for the few nights that I stayed. This affected the quality of my sleep, but it was manageable.

The breakfast included cereals, croissants, and cakes. I also found cooked sausages, omelettes, ham and cheeses. I was pleased to see a varied selection of food.
