the location is amazing, right next to the empire state building. all staff members were super friendly and helpful. i found free water in the room and a fridge free to use, great. a starbucks is right next door, so a reliable breakfast is easy.
the room was slightly noisy. i could hear cars and sirens, even on the 6th floor.

The room size bordered on comical. I seemed like I was in a meticulously organized shoebox. Street noise was a constant companion, a symphony of sirens and honking , made sleep a luxury. The promised city views turned out to be mostly scaffolding and the backs of other buildings. It was a good workout though. At least the location was central.

I appreciated the location very much, close to attractions (i even went to Central Park). The staff was always helpful and friendly . They took care of my bags before check-in. I received an email letting me know that the room was ready early, which i appreciate. The room was comfortable and clean.
The hallways looked quite narrow, definitely not what i expected.

The hotel is located next to a Starbucks, so breakfast is quite convenient (i loved the muffins!). There is also a Korean neighborhood nearby, which provides many options for dining, particularly if you enjoy Korean food.

The staff provided very good customer service, from the front desk to housekeeping. They give great recommendations for places to visit depending on your interests, and are helpful. The 24/7 availability of staff is very convenient.

The room included a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The space was compact, but very well utilized. It offered a pleasant stay. Basic hygiene products were available, for example, shampoo, gel, and hair conditioner.
