the breakfast was pretty disappointing it lacked variety. the disposable cutlery felt cheap. there was excessive plastic waste which is concerning. the air conditioner barely worked it was noisy and ineffective. the promised housekeeping service was inconsistent.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was clean, I mean Super clean. Checking in and out was efficient, the team knew exactly what they were doing. I would gladly stay here again, that's for sure.
The air conditioner was quite loud. It made sleeping slightly difficult. I hope they can address this issue . I think it would benefit a lot of people.

Breakfast was ok, there was a selection of waffles, eggs, and sausage. Cereal was available, along with other options. A good way to start the day. I thought it was great!

The room included air conditioning and a TV with access to different channels. The beds were comfy, and the shower had great water pressure. It was a really clean space too.

The hotel is located only one block away from the subway, very convenient. A CVS is also just one block away. You can easily purchase any necessities you might have forgotten. Getting around was easy!

Free iced water is available in the lobby. You can refill your water bottle. A 24-hour front desk service is offered with very friendly attendants. Very reassuring to know someone is always there.

the location was convenient. it was easy to reach several destinations. the staff was friendly (they offered assistance when needed).
the automatic front door was not functioning properly. we had to use a side door manually (it was inconvenient). water cups were often empty near the downstairs water dispenser.
