the location was ideal. i found easy access to the city center. the staff offered quick assistance with check-in, fantastic. i was pleased with the comfortable, quiet atmosphere of the room.

The room was smaller than i anticipated. It felt a bit cramped. i think more space would really improve the stay. i found it not well-kept. it impacted my overall experience slightly.

The location is near the city centre and bus stops are on the same road. The staff were friendly and cute, easygoing too. All facilities, such as a kettle and biscuits for coffee, were available. I found lovely clean towels and an iron in the room.
