satisfactory resolutiondysfunctional remotelimited menu
the staff addressed the issues i raised at check-out to my satisfaction.
The television remote did not function. i informed the front desk, but they did not rectify it. consequently, i was unable to use the television. also, the room service menu lacked variety. Specifically, it offered only three main course options, a point i found particularly limiting.

good choicetelevision problem
The breakfast offered a good choice and tasted good.
The television in my Standard Double Room did not work. I could not get any channels. The staff attempted to fix it, but the issue persisted during my entire stay, frustrating. I expected a working television in a hotel room.
