The location was indeed great, only a couple minutes from the seafront! andy was a fantastic host. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him. his wife deserves credit for the lovely breakfasts i had, all cooked to order. the room was clean.
Everything in my room was a bit dated. It still was perfectly functional though!

I found the twin room quite spacious, equipped with all necessities to ensure a restful stay. the beds were very comfortable. I slept soundly. the en suite bathroom was super clean.

The staff was super friendly. I really liked that they explained everything clearly when I arrived. Parking was easy, plenty of free on-street spots were available with permits provided by the house. The location is awesome (close to the beach!), nearby parks, and Albert Road offering great dinner options.
The towels were small. I think a bigger size would be much better!
