the reception staff was very friendly . my bedroom was beautifully clean and well kept. the pool looked sparkling and inviting, perfect for a relaxing dip.
the jacuzzi was a little cold for my liking.

The hotel is very close to the train station. It's about a two minute walk. all local bus stops are located outside the station making it accessible. asda and lidl supermarkets are also conveniently nearby.

i found the staff to be friendly. the room was very clean. i also appreciated the option to leave luggage after checking out.
the brown water when running a bath was an issue. i had difficulties trying to contact the hotel about this. breakfast was missed because of the water issue, and i was not offered compensation.

The staff accommodated a request i had. the swimming pool was a bonus, i found it clean. i could also take advantage of the gym. It was quite spacious. the hotel also has on-site parking. I secured a space easily.
I found the sound insulation a little lacking. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms at times.

I found free parking very useful. The pool was a great bonus. I liked the fridge in the room. It helped keep drinks cool. Staff were friendly and helpful with directions.
Sound insulation could be better. I did hear some noise from other rooms.
