lack of air conditioningcramped breakfast area
The lack of air conditioning was a real issue (it was quite stuffy). I reported it to the staff, but nothing changed . The breakfast area was very small. Getting a seat during peak hours was difficult. Some mornings, I opted to eat elsewhere just to avoid the cramped space.

The location really worked for me. It allowed easy access to many restaurants and Notre Dame itself. The room was clean and modern even though the building is quite old. I found the fresh filtered water dispenser in the hotel a nice touch.
My room was quite small. The bathroom materials seemed rather old to me. Ventilation was not really present. I noticed the window looked directly at a blank wall.

The location was good I found many places to eat nearby.
The terrible smell was all over its spaces I could not even sit in the lobby The cleanliness was average the carpet was smelly I was very disappointed.

The location was special. It felt secluded yet was steps from the latin quarter. i particularly enjoyed the fresh filtered water dispenser. It was very convenient!

The hotel location seemed fine, right next to many cafes and shops. It wasn't terrible.
The room I had faced some inner courtyard, so there was zero view. I was basically staring at a wall. I found that odd.
