quiet streetfriendly staff
the location was great, near the tower. the street seemed quiet and i slept soundly. i found the staff very friendly and accommodating, a real treat.
the beds had a slightly dusty smell, maybe from the duvets stored in the wardrobe.

missing teaspooncramped room
the beautiful family room was small the bunk beds were too close to the double bed i felt cramped. the tea and coffee supplies were lacking sugar and a teaspoon were missing. i did not mention this to staff as i was staying only one night

I found the staff polite and cute. the room felt very nice after a long drive. the bed was comfy. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room. It was ideal for my needs.
The provided coffee sachets were limited. Only two were available.

the hotel is close to the tower and on a quiet street. this made it convenient for seeing sights, but also peaceful. i did not hear any noise at night.

breakfast was unavailable , something i knew in advance. a kettle was available in the room. this allowed me to make my own tea and coffee at my leisure.

The location felt really central to all the attractions, you know. The bus route ran nearby, this was a good thing. The bed felt clean and it was quite comfortable.
The toilet, it did not flush properly, this wasn't super.

I appreciated the location. It was close to the tower.. the street remained relatively quiet. the staff checked us in late, which i needed, and they were happy to accommodate. the room included necessary amenities..
the room felt a bit outdated.
