a surprisingly positive experience!
convenient locationcomfy bedquick swapfast transport
the location is super convenient near villa park! the comfy bed was a total win for me. i had a quick room swap sorted out super fast by the staff, that was excellent. plus, the transport links being so close made getting around easy!
the lighting wasn't the best, especially at night, it felt a little dim.

my superior king room was spacious. it included a closet with hangers. a small desk sat near the window. the bed featured crisp linens and a plump duvet, ensuring a restful sleep.

the front desk operated 24/7 providing constant support. housekeeping was available daily to freshen up the rooms. staff were always available to provide directions. they were ready to fix the room swapping problem.

the room looked good. the room was clean. i needed the staff to swap my room and they were very helpful. the location is close to villa park.
i found that other people staying in the building were banging doors. they talked loudly. the front door slammed often.
