mixed feelings, some issues
comfortable beddirty bathroomimpersonal check-in
the bed was quite comfortable.
I was disappointed to find the bathroom not properly cleaned. There was hair. also, the self check-in process felt impersonal and transactional. I wanted a warmer welcome but i just received payment instructions. it wasn't a great start to my stay.

the location was very close to the town centre, a plus for getting around.
i was disappointed to find a problem with cleanliness. the bathroom radiator was dusty. it seemed overlooked during cleaning (i checked it myself).

the king room offered a fine sea view. i found ample parking right at the door. complimentary juice and water in the fridge was a lovely surprise. everything felt modern, especially the furniture.
the self check-in instructions, while easy to follow, took a little time to understand.

the room was clean and i knew it was a great choice immediately. thoughtful touches included wafer biscuits and tubs of breakfast porridge (i love porridge!).

The parking area was easy to access, and I received excellent directions! My room was so spacious, and the shower was AMAZING!!! I also really liked the varied breakfast pack and teas. The staff gave me a warm, caring welcome and were very helpful.
When I arrived, I asked if I could see my room, but I was ignored. They just put the card machine in front of me and told me how much to pay.

fresh airking-sized bedbreakfast porridge
The room had french doors. these allowed fresh air into the room. the king-sized bed was well-proportioned. the room included choc-coated wafer biscuits and tubs of breakfast porridge. I liked that.
the walk into the town was a bit longer than i expected.
