The hotel is near City Walk. It is perfect for family stays. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were many food options near the hotel.
The AC vent blows right on your face while sleeping. I asked for a second blanket but got what looked like two sheets stitched together. I could literally see through it.

the location was convenient I walked to universal studios without any hassle. the hotel staff was very helpful and made check-in very easy. the room was spacious with comfortable beds offering a relaxing place after a long day at the parks.
the coffee at starbucks had a bit of a long line in the mornings.

location was great for getting to universal and disney parks. i enjoyed the pool and splash pad very much. a convenience store was on site which was useful.
the check in counter was busy all the time. i was unable to check out online. it was a bit of an inconvenience.

the hotel had a shuttle to universal studios. the location was great. it was close to shopping malls and restaurants. the room was clean.
the starbucks service was very poor! the staff attitude was also poor. the ac was too loud.

i definitely enjoyed the on-site starbucks it provided a quick caffeine fix each morning the breakfast was pretty good it offered lots of options to fuel up before hitting the parks
i found the parking fee a bit steep it added to the overall cost of the stay the trash cans in the room were also surprisingly small needing to be emptied frequently
