the staff was friendly. the shuttle service seemed organized and efficient. it was convenient.
the room cleanliness was not up to expectations. i saw a sticky residue on the floor. i also noticed yellow stains on the bathroom door. these details diminished the overall experience.

I appreciated the hotel's central location, especially for accessing transportation options. The shuttle bus and boats were very close to the hotel. The staff was always friendly, and the view from my room was fabulous.

i found the shuttle bus to universal very convenient. the hotel is also close to many restaurants and shopping areas. the pool area was clean and spacious, i did see lifeguards present.
The front desk seemed understaffed. The tables were not cleaned promptly.

the hotel provides convenient access to the water taxi service. i found it an easy 15-20 minute walk to the park when i chose to walk. the absence of young children creates a calm atmosphere.

the room featured floor-to-ceiling windows, and i woke up to a pleasant view. i controlled lights, temperature, and the tv from a tablet. the bed was very comfortable, i slept soundly.

i appreciated the hotel's modern design, it felt fresh. easy access to the parks via the bus was convenient. the room size was adequate for my needs and the tablet control system was easy to use once i understood it. ordering coffee through the tablet was very efficient and quick.
i found that the bar staff on the rooftop area were often understaffed and slow to acknowledge guests.

i've visited before and i continue to love it. the location is excellent, with convenient buses to universal city walk. proximity to volcano bay is very practical, it's so close! the room quality is high, i love this.
i think the starbucks service could improve slightly.
