charming spot near colosseum
friendly staffgreat breakfasthard bed
staff was friendly and helpful. i saw the front desk help arrange trips for a couple that arrived with nothing planned. breakfast was great. a great trattoria sits just across the street for dinner.
the bed felt hard so sleep wasn't ideal. pillows were also not great. the area near the train looked a bit dodgy and unsafe for night walks.

hotel sits between colosseo and termini. buses and metro station stay very close. especially the line for vatican city. i found transport links ideal for sightseeing.

staff attentiveness seemed excellent. i even saw they left a bottle of champagne in a room for new year celebrations which started on december 31st. their kindness really stood out.

breakfast included both italian and continental options. coffee and water are always available. drinks have decent prices at the hotel. many restaurants i noticed are near the hotel.

the rooms size felt good. cleaning happened every day. supermarket is also in the area. the room looked modern and it had quiet atmosphere.

the room i stayed in was great and very spacious. i was also really close to the colosseum and lots of nice local parks. That was a plus for me.
there was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the room i was in. i saw other guests mention this, too. the breakfast area is quite small, and the hot food options were limited. the bathroom didn't have a shower curtain, so the floor got wet after i showered.

The staff was very helpful and kind. the room included nice decoration and it was clean. the location was excellent. It was close to public transportation. breakfast was great.
the bed was hard. the pillows were terrible. graffiti covered the exterior of the building, including green mould..
