a perfect getaway!

the room had a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster, and even an iron with ironing board. I found this very convenient. the daily cleaning was consistent and thorough. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They always greeted me with a smile.
I noticed a very slight musty scent in the lobby upon arrival. It dissipated quickly, though.

The room was spacious and clean. It reminded me of a home away from home. the king-sized bed offered great comfort, and i appreciated the separate living area. there were ample outlets available for charging devices.

the hotel's location is superb, near the beach and various restaurants. i found it very easy to walk to lincoln road for shopping. access to public transportation was very convenient from this spot.

the restaurant had awesome cuban food and our server was excellent! i ate there two nights because the atmosphere was so relaxing. the bar area was lively and offered a great happy hour.

the staff accommodated my early check-in request. they held my luggage securely until my room was ready which i really liked. the concierge was very helpful in providing directions and recommendations.

The bathroom could definitely use an update. The fixtures looked like they came from another decade. i also found a concerning amount of dust clinging to the furniture. it seemed like the cleaning crew gave the room a quick once-over and called it a day. it was a pretty rude awakening each morning
