i really liked the location. it puts you in the middle of the city. the beach is close by. i found ample breakfast choices, very good. the room was very clean it was so comfortable, and felt very secure.
the hotel have gone downhill since my last visit. the rooms was dark and needs new carpet. i felt it lacked any view, too bad.

the staff were really sweethearts, always with a smile i found. my room got a free upgrade, such a nice surprise it was. the location is a dream, right where i wanted be. we had à la carte breakfast, so lovely and delicious.
the room felt a bit small, petite it was. the bed wasn't so good, below average comfort i think. the pillows didn't felt great too.

the location was acceptable and close to various shops and eateries.
I booked this hotel expecting a pool, but it was out of service during my entire stay. the front desk staff acted rudely when i inquired about parking for my rental car. they failed to mention there was no parking on site (despite my request for it). I had to pay $38 a day at a lot around the corner.

Convenient Stay Near the Convention Center

The hotel was very close to the convention center, so attending SuperCon was simple for my family. I received an upgrade to a penthouse suite, a nice surprise. The suite had an excellent corner view due to the many windows. Tony made a very good mojito at the bar, and Liv was great company.
This was disappointing, as I selected this hotel for its pool to entertain my kids. It would have been good to know this ahead of time.

i loved staying here during my recent trip. the location was ideal with easy access to lincoln road. my room had a big, comfortable bed and i slept great every night. the staff were very friendly and always ready to help with directions.
It sometimes caused a small delay when going up or down.

the hotel provided complimentary wifi and a business center and these amenities were convenient. there was also a fitness room available with treadmills and free weights, so i could maintain my workout routine. this was helpful.
