charming stay with thoughtful touches
cartons of orange juice warm feel comfortable bed
i found cartons of orange juice, biscuits, and tea in the room, a really nice touch! the pub downstairs had a warm feel and inviting log fires. the bed proved comfortable and offered a good night's sleep. towels felt large and soft.
The music from nearby venues was quite loud. I also noted that the bathroom's toilet and floor looked a bit basic.

the music was loud. the bathroom felt very basic. the green led on the emergency light bothered me at night. it made sleeping difficult. i wish they addressed the lighting.

The room was large. The bed was very comfortable. The ensuite was also large and sparkling, it was great! I really liked this aspect!
My room was right at the top, so it got very hot. The staircase was steep and narrow. The ceiling was also very low, I struggled to get my bag up there.

Central Location with Excellent Room Amenities

The room was spacious with a large bed, a desk, and many pillows. Blackout blinds were great and I appreciated the water, juice, and snacks provided. The staff were helpful and the location was ideal for accessing local attractions and the town center.
I noticed a hand towel that looked to have been used. It seemed there was an oversight during the changing of the towels. The room could benefit from a spring clean as some areas were dusty. The shower head also needs descaling. The water did not flow properly.
