underwhelming experience

inconsistent housekeeping

My stay wasn't awful, but it certainly wasn't AMAZING. also, the promised housekeeping was inconsistent. Some days it was thorough, others not so much. i expected MORE for the price i paid. i noticed some stains on the carpet and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. they REALLY need to address these issues.

The resort fee felt a bit much considering the state of some things. our shower barely drained, i swear it was a race against the rising tide. also, the body wash dispenser was completely empty, talk about adding insult to injury. It's not like i was expecting a personal serenade in the shower, but some soap would have been nice.

the location is really convenient to the sphere. i also found it quite easy to walk to the strip from there.

the check-in process was slow and a bit pushy. i was directed to another desk to activate the room card, then they tried to sell a promotion program. it seemed like too much after a long trip.
