mixed feelings about this stay.
convenient accessdated roomunenthusiastic staff
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
The room was not what i expected. It was quite dated. also, the staff did not seem particularly enthusiastic. I witnessed a few customer disputes . It was off-putting.

prime locationgreat mealsuseful bridgesconfusing detour
The location was amazing. I could walk to the waterfront and many attractions, it was really convenient! tempo restaurant in the hotel served great meals for breakfast and lunch, it saved me so much time. the walkway bridges were useful to get to the casino and other restaurants nearby.
I wish there were clearer directions available upon arrival.

Tempo restaurant is located on site and offers excellent meals. I tried it! it was handy for quick breakfasts and lunches. the service was prompt, and the food quality was consistently high. What a treat!

The staff members were always helpful and friendly, providing quick assistance when needed. It was nice! they offered late check-out until 1 pm, a great convenience. any requests we had were handled efficiently.

The location was acceptable, giving easy access to the city center.
The room's condition was a real letdown. I saw a marked lack of attention to detail. The furniture was worn. The bathroom was poorly stocked. I needed to request additional toiletries that should have already been available.
