the room was large and modern. a wall to ceiling window faced the patio. the bathroom had modern fixtures and everything worked well.
the breakfast service was slow , likely due to staff limitations.

i found breakfast properly portioned. a jamaican breakfast was a great option. the staff provided great service during the entire stay. the hip strip was easily accessible from the hotel
i noticed the pool area was run down. cushions on the chairs were scattered all over the place. this made the area less appealing.

I enjoyed the quiet ac in my room, it really made a difference. the room also had a smart tv, i found it convenient. the front desk staff were helpful and cute. This made check-in smooth.
The checkout process took longer. This was inconvenient. the invoice needed corrections. it took about 30 minutes to sort everything out.
