The staff was polite. Breakfast offered many delicious choices, always replenished. The location was superb. I found many restaurants nearby. I appreciated that our room was clean upon arrival.
I noticed the decor in the room could use some updating. It felt a little dated.

The hotel is situated near a cosy square, inside the Kazimierz district. Many restaurants and bars are within a short walk. The alley where the hotel is located is very quiet.

The room was clean and well-kept. Air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature. Early check-in was accommodated. Staff stored my luggage before my room was ready.

the location was convenient. i found the staff helpful . the room was very clean upon my arrival.
the room i stayed in had a rather small sink. i felt the bed was not particularly comfortable (two single beds pushed together is not ideal). the breakfast selection could have been better.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help with planning my day trips. i really enjoyed the wide variety of choices available at breakfast each morning. i also found the location to be excellent, as it was close to many sightseeing spots. It made exploring very convenient.
the room did have a strange smell of egg, something i found a bit unusual and not entirely pleasant.

the breakfast included a wide selection of both hot and cold items, so there was something for everyone. i noticed fresh pastries were available each morning, alongside a variety of fruit juices. coffee. the dining area was well kept.

My room had a kettle and a fridge, quite useful for storing snacks and drinks. I thought that was great. the ensuite bathroom included a shower and standard toiletries. Everything looked clean. the single room was exactly like their website photos.

the hotel is located on a charming cobblestone street, a nice touch. it is within walking distance to many tourist attractions, a very central spot. despite its central location, the immediate area felt quiet and peaceful. it was convenient to visit local restaurants.

The staff at reception were very friendly. They helped us at every opportunity. The rooms were also clean and had tea and coffee facilities.
The breakfast was in the basement and it lacked atmosphere. The hot selection was also lacking. I also found the hotel to be a bit dated with older carpets and dark furniture.
