Communication from Christine was great and very helpful. Staff promptly addressed concerns and showed genuine care when I reported noise disturbances, and i appreciated their friendly approach.

The location offers excellent bus links. Crayford train station is also nearby. I found good shops and takeaways close to the hotel and plenty of parking spaces were available.

broken shower headcar wipers
the shared bathroom needed some attention the shower head was broken. i could still use it. i also heard yelling and wall punching next door during the night it was unsettling. my car wipers seemed tampered with the next morning i was concerned.

Check-in was easy with clear instructions! i appreciate the keypads. the room i had was big and the bed was very comfy. It was a double room.
the shower head in the shared bathroom was broken. i still managed to shower, though.

The room was big and so clean! The entire hotel and toilet were super clean. Good heating worked well, and I felt secure with easy locks.
I found that the shower head was broken in the shared bathroom, but I managed to shower anyway.
