the breakfast was good with a plentiful selection and pleasant staff. i found parking very easy and it was fortunate. the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. the overall appearance was lovely.

The bar food was fine. a large coach party occupied the restaurant.

the hotel was in a nice location and the staff seemed helpful, okay.

i found my room was not great at all, there were these very creaky floorboards and some pretty bad chips on the radiator. the bathroom had black around the shower and a brown stain in the toilet, not what i expected. breakfast was not good, it seemed bad.

The hotel's location on the seafront is quite convenient.

My room felt outdated. The furniture did not match, and I noticed damp patches on the wall and the curtains were FULL of dust. The room was not properly cleaned daily, disappointing, and some reception staff were rude. Customer relation training is needed badly.

I appreciated the location on the seafront. My single room was at the top floor. The staff quickly supplied a fan on request because it was a bit hot. The comfy bed and reasonable Wi-Fi worked well.

The over-friendly seagull was rather annoying. It tapped on my window on several occasions. Another guest must have fed it.
