i found the staff super friendly and helpful they really made me feel welcome the room was clean a real plus and the bed was really comfy i had such a good sleep the price was amazing too real value for money i loved that there was a 24 hour reception it was really convenient the parking facilities were great too the location was super convenient with the train station right next door plus all the shops were on my doorstep
the room door seemed old and only had a small lock it made me feel a little unsafe at night

The staff was helpful . I found the location convenient (easy access to transportation). The rate seemed appropriate for what was offered.
The cleanliness was noticeably below par. I noticed areas needing attention. The furniture was quite worn. It could use some updating (perhaps a refresh). The hot water took a while to come through.

The price was amazing. The train station being right next door was super convenient. i loved that all the shops were just steps away, easy for quick errands. i found the bathroom surprisingly decent and very clean.
the car park had drug users, which wasn't ideal.
