The reception staff were very friendly. i booked a premium room. upon arrival, they upgraded me to a premium apartment. the bed was very comfortable. I slept really well.
i found a small piece of plastic in my food during breakfast. our air conditioning was not working for two nights. i reported this to the receptionist, but she didn't fix it.

The room lacked sufficient storage. I found only one drawer available, not adequate. I also noticed strange individuals lingering near the entrance. They were smoking and did not improve the place's appeal.
