the breakfast buffet had a good choice of hot and cold food options which was acceptable
the room was poorly designed it had very limited storage space there was no wardrobe the room overlooked a derelict building the staff did not seem particularly friendly during check-in

The reception staff were very friendly. i booked a premium room. upon arrival, they upgraded me to a premium apartment. the bed was very comfortable. I slept really well.
i found a small piece of plastic in my food during breakfast. our air conditioning was not working for two nights. i reported this to the receptionist, but she didn't fix it.

The staff at the front desk offered helpful suggestions for local attractions. I appreciated that the receptionist offered to prepare a packed lunch for our trip to Auschwitz. The beds were large and comfortable, awesome for restful sleep..

The breakfast offered a generous selection of food. I observed new items arriving regularly, with staff ensuring it was plentiful. The location was also convenient. It allowed easy access to main attractions.
The room lacked sufficient storage. I found only one drawer available, not adequate. I also noticed strange individuals lingering near the entrance. They were smoking and did not improve the place's appeal.
