good pressure quick check-in bright light closed pool
the room was clean! THE shower had good water pressure. I appreciated that there was soap and shampoo provided. Checking in was also quick.
The pool and spa were closed. I was not told this fact when I made my reservation. There was a bright light outside my window. The shutters did not block all of it.

A Sweet Escape!

The room included comfy beds and it was very clean. I appreciated it so much! Check-in was super simple as I received a door code via message. I used the indoor pool. It was a nice perk! Checkout included a convenient dropbox. Made my departure easier.
The furniture showed some wear, a very minor distraction.

The hotel is close to main attractions. It provided easy access. I enjoyed that many spots were within walking distance. I could see the bay from the hotel.

I spent time at the heated indoor pool and enjoyed it. My kids appreciated the pool towels offered by the hotel. The hotel also provided free parking and great customer service.

I enjoyed my stay. The location was convenient, near many shops and restaurants. The indoor pool was a highlight. I found the insulation effective. I couldn't hear outside noises or other guests. The staff was friendly AND helpful.

The front desk staff was polite and offered assistance when needed. They provided quick check-in and check-out service. Staff readily answered questions about local attractions. The service was AMAZING!!!

clean room comfortable beds
the room was very clean (i liked it!). the beds were comfortable. check-in was easy using a door code sent to me. the fridge was a good size and so was the microwave, a real bonus.
the rooms lacked proper blackout curtains, so light pollution was a consideration.
