friendly staff easy location sunlight window
the staff were really friendly to me and always happy to help with directions. i liked that the location made it easy to get around, and there were many shops nearby. the room had a good sized window that let in a lot of sunlight so that was pretty nice.
my room faced a busy street so there was quite a bit of noise at night i found it a little hard to fall asleep.

the reception desk operates 24 hours so i had no problems checking in late. staff members were quick to respond to requests and addressed issues promptly. they provided helpful information about transportation options nearby.

The hotel location suited my needs well. I found the room clean and reasonably comfortable. Raja was friendly and helpful, greatly improving my experience. The marble staircases added a nice, unexpected touch to the premises.
The bathroom shower pressure was lower than I expected, so it took a little longer.

The staff were quite helpful at the front desk. the location is convenient. It is close to local transport options. the room was clean, i noticed. the hotel provided parking, and that helped me a lot.
the guest policy felt slightly odd, almost like university dorms.
