fantastic stay!

the room was quite spacious with plenty of storage. the bathroom was decent and had a great shower. i found the beds comfy and the staff were friendly and helpful. it was easy to reach the city center using the nearby metro station. breakfast was pretty good with a varied selection..

I noticed the carpets in the room had some old stains. It was only a minor issue.

The breakfast had many options and tasted great. I did not order breakfast at first but after trying it the first day I decided to eat it during my entire stay. The room was decent and clean. Staff cleaned the room and changed the sheets every day.

The air conditioning unit was noisy. It leaked and dripped loudly all night I reported it but there was no action taken. The room smelled from the leak on the carpet. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.

the carpets looked quite old with many stains throughout the room and hallway i found this unhygienic the wallpaper was peeling i have never seen a hotel welcome guests with such terrible carpets it was overall disappointing

I encountered some issues . The air conditioning unit made considerable noise. It also leaked throughout the night. The room had an odor because of moisture in the carpet. The shower leaked as well, so the entire bathroom floor became wet after each use.

Check-in was quick. I received my key card within minutes. the room had a good layout with plenty of space for luggage. breakfast included a wide variety of fresh options. the hotel has easy access to public transportation. parking was on-site, very helpful. i liked it that the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations.

The soundproofing wasn't great. I heard some noise from adjacent rooms.
