the location is alright for getting around. public transport are within easy reach.

The beds were very comfortable. The common area provided free coffee and tea, a nice addition. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering assistance when needed.
The bathroom's extractor fan was quite loud.

The position is convenient, about 10 minutes from the beach and the front park. Transport use was minimal. Walking covered most destinations. This made exploring easy and accessible.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great. I walked to most places! The communal area offered free coffee, tea, and water, useful. The room had a nice balcony.
My room was small. The window faced a wall. There was basically no natural light.

Breakfast had a great selection. I found fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs. The coffee machine provided a nice caffeine boost each morning, and the area was kept very clean and well-stocked. The food was AMAZING!!!

Solid Stay Near the Zoo
nearby zoo green park free coffee welcome gift
I found the hotel very near the zoo. Also it was close to a big, green park. The free coffee and tea were good additions. I also received a welcome gift with water, juice, chips, and sweets, and I thought that was great.
I noticed the lobby was not attached to the building. It was around the corner and not well marked.

The personnel was cute and helpful. They were always at my disposal for any questions I had. The staff smiled much and were very clear with the instructions I needed.

My room was very clean. The bed and pillows felt comfortable. I had good towels. Daily cleaners changed everything, that was a good thing. The room have also bamboo toothbrushes and slippers.

convenient stay
central location simple access
the location proved convenient i walked to major attractions and the central area access was simple the hotel offered tea coffee and filtered water in the common area these amenities were a significant plus after long days.
the air conditioning did not work properly this made the room uncomfortable especially in the afternoons the constant noise from nearby units was also quite distracting at night it affected my sleep quality noticeably.

the staff was very cute and helpful they provided clear instructions and were always smiling the upgrade to a better room because of its availability impressed me it showed a commitment to guest satisfaction.

the room had comfortable beds and was generally clean i found good quality towels and ample body wash supply the welcome gift included a tote bag water juice chips and sweets which was a nice touch.

the bar seemed good and its prices were reasonable the coffee area provided treats tea fresh water and coffee which i used regularly the option contributed positively to the overall experience .
