EXCELLENT stay!

Early check-in was arranged upon my arrival. I received an upgrade to a one-bedroom suite WHICH I DIDNT EXPECT. The suite was clean. I noticed it had everything I needed.
I found the water temperature in the bathroom sink to be lukewarm AT BEST. Dinner was bad. I will go to IGA for snacks next time

The hotel is near restaurants and bus stops. It IS ALSO a short walk to many local attractions. Easy parking IS available in the garage near the hotel.

The duty manager was very accommodating. The staff was polite AS WELL AS cute throughout my stay. i was also given a complimentary breakfast .

The rooms are large and wide. My room WAS on the 18th floor AND IT had fantastic views. The air conditioning worked AND IT kept the room temperature comfortable.

The staff were friendly! i enjoyed a room on a high floor. The views were really fine. the room included a microwave and cutlery. This was very convenient.
I noticed the bathroom sink taps needed very firm closure to prevent drips. This was only a minor inconvenience.

a coffee shop voucher was provided in place of daily cleaning, a great option for those preferring privacy. the food was AMAZING!!! the coffee shop had a good selection of breakfast items.

The pool and steam room were a great addition to my stay. I used them both! the fitness center included several machines, allowing a full workout. the location downtown allowed easy access to restaurants and shops.

The room size was generous. It reminded me of a bedroom apartment. The robes were soft and warm. The hotel offers an eco-friendly option. I got credit for the coffee shop by forgoing room service. The coffee shop was great.
