some issues
dust accumulation old pillows
The room wasn't as clean as i expected. i noticed dust in corners and even some hairs on the floor. also, the pillows felt really flat and old. I didn't sleep well.

umbrella sharing spacious room bus access
the location provided convenient access to the bus (which simplified transportation). the lobby had great amenities like umbrella sharing. the rooms offered more space compared to other hotels, a definite plus.
the desk chair had fabric peeling off.

solid downtown stay
rooftop area guest lounge guest laundry large room
the rooftop area was nice. the guest lounge had good facilities. i liked guest laundry. the room was large, and the bed were comfortable.
the hotel only provided paper cups for tea.

the location is near main street and the shopping area. it is also very close to metro access. a seven-eleven is just around the corner right outside the exit door.

the area hosts many good restaurants. the yakitori restaurant is nearby. there are many options for food, and the area is very clean with lots of places to eat.

the staff was friendly and helpful when i had questions. the front desk upgraded my room. the staff shows kindness and warmth when they help guests with whatever they need.

rooftop lounge helpful staff
the location was really convenient, and the rooftop lounge was a treat. the staff were helpful and accommodating! i also found the room spacious and the beds comfortable.
