The staff were really friendly and helpful with directions. I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service was prompt. The hotel bar had a nice atmosphere, I appreciated the live music. My room was very clean. Everything seemed well maintained.

The staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean. i attended a wedding locally. The staff sorted out a taxi for us.
the bedrooms seemed dated. there was little room to move around the bed. the tv was too high up.

The Bridal Suite upgrade for our Anniversary was AMAZING!!! We also received flowers and bubbly, what a welcome. The staff were EFFICIENT and helpful. The food was great and the rooms were super clean, everything was perfect.
The gym is old. The gym really needs a serious update. That's all, I'm SUPER happy overall.

The location is just fantastic. It is perfect for exploring the local sights. It provides easy access to the riverbank walk and traditional Irish shops, it really is excellent.

the location was very convenient. the staff were really helpful and friendly. breakfast each morning was amazing. i particularly enjoyed the cleanliness of the bathroom. it was very modern and well kept. the shower was powerful. i appreciated the thoughtful touches in the room. it.
The gym facilities were quite old. the gym equipment needs updating. i had to wait a while for towels at the pool. The pool towels were unavailable. the check-in time felt quite late. the 4 pm check-in felt a bit inconvenient.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially ruairi and james. dinner was really great. One of our party was allergic to something in the sweet, and an alternative was offered. the room was clean and quiet. i would love to come back and stay longer.
the hotel gym is old. it needs a serious uplift. when i arrived at the gym after work, it was full of school kids messing and shouting. it was a very unpleasant experience and i quickly left.
