food selection excellent service helpful staff kind receptionist
The food selection at meal times was quite good. The service at the table was excellent. The staff were always willing to help me. The receptionist rose was so helpful and very kind.
The lift moved slowly and sometimes went to the basement first.

The hotel faces the beach directly, a great convenience for seaside activities. The immediate area includes several shops and restaurants, which provides plenty of dining and shopping choices. The location is central and easily accessible.

The hotel has a bar where you can unwind in the evening. The breakfast includes a good variety of well-prepared choices. The waiting staff ensured every guest was looked after and provided prompt service to all.

My room had good lighting for reading and working. Wardrobe and drawer space was adequate for a short stay. Hot water was readily available in my room, which ensured i could have a bath at any time.

fresh bed linen quick service
i stayed in a standard twin room. the bed linen felt freshly laundered, and the towels were large. the dining room staff offered quick service, which i appreciated. the manager gave a warm welcome on arrival, REALLY starting the stay well.
the extractor fan was excessively NOISY.

I found ample parking, a real plus. the reception staff was very cute. the breakfast choice was very nice. I liked the breakfast. the location was perfect, just opposite the beach.
the shower wasn't very powerful.

The hotel provided convenient parking. This was a big help. there was lively entertainment, including bingo, provided . drinks were available at very reasonable prices.

breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices! the hotel catered well for gluten-free and vegetarian diets, a nice touch. i found the waiting staff excellent, especially storm, the waitress.

the location was really good with easy access to the beach.
The room décor felt quite dated and tired. the wifi was also a problem. It barely worked during my entire stay. this.

prime location helpful staff tidy appearance available parking
I appreciated the hotel's prime location directly on the seafront. Staff members were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The public areas maintained a very clean and tidy appearance. Parking was available, convenient (a big plus!).
The shower's water pressure was unfortunately inconsistent.
