Excellent Experience on Fuencarral Street
quiet roomfriendly staffbedroom stains
i found my room to be very quiet which was a pleasant surprise. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. i appreciated that the location allowed for easy walks to many points of interest.
i noticed the bedroom was not the cleanest it could have been. i observed some stains on the bed sheets that seemed to remain even after washing. signs of use were visible on the floors and walls too.

the hotel's location proved very convenient it was close to many shops and restaurants. i appreciated the complimentary coffee and biscuits available each morning. i also found a bag with water and pastries on my door each day a very welcome touch.
the window shades did allow a fair amount of light to enter the room which could be a problem for light-sensitive sleepers.

the staff was very kind and helpful. the room was big, a corner room (i really appreciated that). the hotel provides a bag with water and cookies every day, a nice touch. on the top floor, fruits, cookies, and coffee are available 24 hours.
unfortunately, i had a corner room and the bathroom was very cramped. my knees touched the wall when i sat on the toilet. the bed was surrounded by a frame and it stuck out approximately 30 centimeters. i kept knocking into this silly frame (i even got a gash in my left leg).

The room had a desk including adequate lighting for working. The hotel provided water and a croissant daily, which I found convenient. The terrace on the fifth floor featured a kitchen area stocked with complimentary coffee, juice, and cookies.
