My expectations were not completely met. The room i booked was quite small. there was not enough space to comfortably open my suitcases. also, i found the hallways rather dark, which detracted from the overall ambiance of the hotel.

The staff showed genuine kindness. They provided soap, shampoo, and cream at no extra cost. Free coffee became a morning highlight of my quick visit. I found the price point to be a great value for an overnight stay.

The hotel has a central location. Several sites were in walking distance. A legendary cable car is only five minutes away. Union Square is near, giving easy access to the city center. The area felt safe.
