loud musicnoisy toilet
the music from the pub downstairs played very loudly until late, around 1:30 am. this made it hard to sleep. i also found the toilet made an awful noise when flushed. with three people sharing, flushing at night was not ideal.

the staff were very friendly and cute. my room was nicely fitted and had an ensuite. the location was great, the value for money was reasonable. i was happy to have a bar and food readily available downstairs!
the pub downstairs played very loud music until 1am. the noise was a problem. i think it should have stopped earlier. i wasn't instructed properly about the morning exit, and this was not very good.

The staff was cute and helpful. The room had nice, crisp sheets and a large towel. The owner showed really good hospitality. I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere in the bar.
The music from the pub went on quite late , which was slightly disruptive.

The owner offered clear directions for alternative parking and assisted me with my bags upon arrival. Staff worked hard to arrange an afternoon tea for my cousins who met me at the hotel. The service was attentive and personalized.

the room was super clean and had crisp sheets plus a large towel (which i loved!). the tv and kettle worked perfectly. the owner was super cute and a real credit to the place.

the bedroom doorhandle was loose it was partly hanging off its hinge
