a tranquil stay
meditation room self-catering kitchen helpful host
the meditation room was a great space. i appreciated the kitchen for self-catering and the available dining room. the host was very pleasant and helpful .
the bedrooms are close together on the first floor. door mechanisms make too much noise when guests open and close doors. the constant noise can be disruptive at times.

i found the bathrooms very clean one included a bath and another a shower. the bedrooms upstairs seemed super clean. my room faced the tor offering a special start to each day. i also appreciated access to the meditation room for quiet reflection.
i noticed that the house is located within a newer housing development which differed from my initial expectations.

as a solo female traveller, i felt secure here. i easily connected with other guests sharing similar values in a peaceful setting, including a quiet meditation space. the bedroom was homey, and the bed was comfortable. its location was convenient, close to the town and nearby springs.
i noticed that a broader selection of teas would enhance the self-service breakfast. a simple note asking guests to bring their specific tea would be useful. everything else suited me, and i was able to rest.

the house had a lovely, calm atmosphere. the meditation room included crystals and oracle cards. i found help yourself vegetarian breakfast ample. the location was central to town.
i did notice some noise from other rooms . it was quite noticeable when other guests moved around. quieter door closures would solve this problem.
